Professional Development Workshop:
About
I organized and led three LinkedIn workshops for members of BU’s Kappa Theta Pi Professional Technology Fraternity. The workshops aimed to help participants create effective LinkedIn profiles for the technology industry. Attendees learned to showcase their internships, research, academic and personal projects, and extracurricular activities. I also discussed ways to network with peers, professors, and tech professionals. The workshops received positive feedback and helped participants improve their digital and professional presence for a career in technology.

BU D&I Summit:
BU Spark! JEDI Initiatives
About
Our presentation focused on the three student-led tracks within the BU Spark! JEDI Initiative:
The DEI Trainings and Consulting program provides consultation services to computing students. It collaborates with the Ignite Student Council, a group of leaders within the computing community, to provide training to increase awareness and understanding of JEDI-related topics. Additionally, it created a JEDI Module, where students can explore JEDI practices through a series of interactive readings, videos, and assessments.
The DEI in Tech Course examines diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) topics within the technology sector, provides students with skills for meaningful DEI discussions, and addresses important issues in this field.
The DEI in Tech Collective includes representatives from computer science, data science, engineering, and other computing-related departments at BU. Its primary objective is to address the issues of underrepresentation and disparities in inclusion within the BU community.
